HOW DO I ORDER?

You can order in two ways; either select the boot style you'd like, go through checkout and then book your design-and-fit appointment either here in the the studio or via Zoom where we'll take your measurements and go through all the customisable options and create a beautiful boot just for you!  Or, you can book the appointment first and then visit the site again to make payment for the boots we've designed together.  Once we've received the payment and the boot specification , the creation of your masterpieces will begin in our factory in Portugal.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOOTS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We generally aim to have your boots with you and on your legs (for UK customers- allow a bit longer for international shipping) within around 5 weeks- which is super fast for made to measure boots.  However this sometimes can be longer as busier times of the year such as Christmas.  We have a cut-off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery orders so there'll be no sad faces on Christmas morning!  Once your boots are ready, we'll let you know when they are on their way from Portugal, when they arrive with us and when you can expect them to be on your doorstep.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

The short answer is yes we do; checkout is set up for UK and USA- if you are outside of these areas please contact us for a shipping quote.  Please note that any local duties or taxes for international orders are payable by you, the customer.

I'M OUTSIDE OF THE UK-CAN I PAY BY KLARNA?

We are only able to offer Klarna as a payment option for our UK customers, as we are based and registered in the UK.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes we do!  You can purchase gift vouchers for sums from £25 all the way through to a whole pair of our beautiful boots, including UK shipping.  We even offer 'Deluxe Gift Vouchers' which include a full size boot box, tape measure, catalogue, matching tissue paper and bow so you can wrap up your voucher and watch your loved one enjoy the experience of opening a boot box, once for the voucher and again when their boots are delivered!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer payment options via debit or credit card through our payment processor Stripe.  We also offer the option to spread your payments into three instalments through Klarna.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As you are ordering a made to measure product with full personalisation, our boots are not refundable.  We offer fitting appointments here in our studio and also via Zoom, where we give very careful guidance on measurements to ensure your boots are a perfect fit.  We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and high quality products, so if there is a problem with your boots or accessories please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you.
