The Madrid is a gorgeous lace front dressage boot with rear zip, perfect for training or competition. This boot offers the option to change up the colour of your laces to match your competition outfit- or maybe just your mood! Extra laces are charged separately; message us to discuss your requirements.
You can make an appointment to choose your styling options and have your measurements taken on the Booking Calendar page- in studio or online via Zoom.
Order the Madrid according to your individual specification and your boots will be with you in around five weeks (may be a little longer at very busy times of year; we have Christmas delivery cut-off dates clearly displayed on the website and social media pages).

Our boots are a made-to measure product, designed and built to your specifications. As such, this product is non-refundable and we do not accept returns. We make every effort in the measuring guidance and styling advice given to help you create a product that is perfect for you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your boots please contact us and we will do our very best to advise you.
SHIPPING INFO
Once your boots arrive in the UK from Portugal, they will be shipped out to you via Parcelforce 48 hour tracked service. We will keep you updated on the progress of your boot production and will advise you when your boots are on the way to the UK, when they arrive and when they are dispatched from us to you.
