Service Description

Can't make it to the studio? No problem! We offer Zoom fitting appointments so you can order your Chester Boots wherever you are in the world. PLEASE NOTE- the booking system times are in GMT so please take this into consideration when booking your appointment if you are outside of the UK. All you need is a friend to help, a soft tape measure and a decent internet connection. It is helpful to have a mobile device or tablet, or a laptop that you can move to get the right angles for Lindsay to see closely for your appointment. If you're working from a desktop computer, be prepared to climb on a chair! Lindsay will give specific guidance to help you measure for a perfect fit, so you can do so with confidence.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for in full.
